Barbecued Baked Catfish

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 -2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon jamaican caribbean jerk seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 10 catfish fillets (3-4 oz. each)
  • pepper

Directions

  1. Add the first 7 ingredients to a saucepan.

  2. Over medium-low heat, cook mixture for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.

  3. Sprinkle catfish with pepper.

  4. Place fillets on a greased foil-lined broiler pan. 5 Pour sauce over catfish.

  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until fish flakes.
