Apple Cider Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 olive oil
- 2 tsp. minced onion
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. poppy seeds (optional)
Directions

Heat sesame seeds in a small skillet over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, 3 minutes or just until toasted.

Microwave vinegar in a medium-size, microwave-safe glass bowl at HIGH 1 minute or just until dissolved. Add next 3 ingredients, toasted sesame seeds, and if desired, poppy seeds; whisk until blended. Store in refrigerator up to 1 week.

Serve with chopped pecans, baby salad greens, crumbled feta and dried cranberries.
