Chocolate Zucchini Brownies

Ingredients
- Mix in large bowl:
- 2 - 2 1/2 cups grated zucchini
- 1/2 cup ripe mashed banana (about 1 medium)
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- extract
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 2/3 cup sugar (more if you like it sweeter)
Directions

Mix zucchini, banana, water and vanilla extract in a large bowl.

In another bowl, mix together remaining ingredients.

Fold dry ingredients into wet; batter will be stiff. Bake in nonstick 9 × 13-inch baking pan at 350 degrees F for 25-35 minutes until a wooden pick comes out clean.
