Chocolate Chocolate-Chip Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups of all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 T unsweetened cocoa
- 3/4 cups superfine sugar
- 3/4 cups of semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cups plus 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and fill a muffin tray with paper cups. Measure out the dry ingredients into a large bowl. Pour all the liquid ingredients into a measuring cup. Mix both together…best muffins are lumpy. Sprinkle more chocolate cihps on top then cook for 20 minutes or until the muffins are dark, risen and springy.
