Ingredients
- 1 pkg oreo cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1tsp vanilla
- 2 pkg (8oz. each) Bakers Semi-sweet baking chocolate melted

Crush up about 3/4 of the package of Oreos in a food processor or place them in a baggie and crush. In a separate bowl, put in the entire block of cream cheese (be sure you warm up the package in your hands first so it will come out easier) and your vanilla. Mix up the cream cheese thoroughly. Pour in half of the crushed oreos and beat with a hand mixer until completely mixed. Pour mixture back in the bowl with remaining crushed oreos and beat until completely mixed. Roll into small balls, place on a baking sheet, and refrigerate for 45 minutes. Melt the almond bark and dip the refrigerated oreo balls in the chocolate. Allow to form on waxed paper. For easier dipping and prettier presentation, as your making the balls, put a toothpick in each one before you put in the refrigerator.
