Fiesta Dip

Ingredients

  • • 2 avocados
  • • 2-3 small Roma tomatoes
  • • 2 cans of corn
  • • 2 cans of black beans
  • • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • • 1/4 cup zesty Italian dressing, or to taste
  • • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cut avocadoes and Roma tomatoes and place into a bowl. Mix in corn. Rinse black beans thoroughly and let dry before mixing with other ingredients. Add remaining ingredients to taste.

  2. Refrigerate and keep cool, allowing flavors to blend together—for at least3-4 hours or overnight.
