Ingredients
- • 6 medium sweet potatoes
- • 1/2 teaspoon salt
- • Olive oil
- • 2 teaspoon sugar
- • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Preheat oven to 500°F.

Scrub potatoes well, but do not peel. Cut lengthwise into small wedges and coat wedges with oil.

Combine seasonings and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake on a large cookie sheet for 10 minutes. Turn wedges over and bake for 10 more minutes until tender and brown.
