Crepes

(Yield: 16-18 crepes)

Ingredients

  • • 1 cup flour
  • • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • • 2 eggs
  • • 1 Tablespoon cooking oil
  • • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Combine flour, milk, eggs, oil, and salt in bowl. Beat until blended.

  2. Heat a lightly greased 6 inch skillet. Remove from heat; spoon in about 2 Tablespoons of batter. Lift and tilt skillet to spread batter evenly. Return to heat; brown on one side only (can turn over is desired). To remove, invert pan over a paper towel or plate. Repeat with remaining batter, greasing skillet occasionally.
