Ingredients
- • 1 cup flour
- • 1 1/2 cups milk
- • 2 eggs
- • 1 Tablespoon cooking oil
- • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions

Combine flour, milk, eggs, oil, and salt in bowl. Beat until blended.

Heat a lightly greased 6 inch skillet. Remove from heat; spoon in about 2 Tablespoons of batter. Lift and tilt skillet to spread batter evenly. Return to heat; brown on one side only (can turn over is desired). To remove, invert pan over a paper towel or plate. Repeat with remaining batter, greasing skillet occasionally.
