Quiche Lorraine

Ingredients

  • • 9-inch pie crust, ready
  • • 8 medium eggs, whipped
  • • 1 cup half & half
  • • 1 cup whipping cream
  • • 8 oz. bacon, cooked and chopped
  • • 2 cups Swiss cheese, grated
  • • 4 oz. onion, finely chopped

Directions

  1. Whip eggs and yolk. Mix in cream and half & half to make custard.

  2. Sauté onions. Add bacon and mix well.

  3. Mix in cheese, put in pie shell, top with custard mix.

  4. Bake at 350°F till golden brown.
