Ingredients
- • 9-inch pie crust, ready
- • 8 medium eggs, whipped
- • 1 cup half & half
- • 1 cup whipping cream
- • 8 oz. bacon, cooked and chopped
- • 2 cups Swiss cheese, grated
- • 4 oz. onion, finely chopped
Directions

Whip eggs and yolk. Mix in cream and half & half to make custard.

Sauté onions. Add bacon and mix well.

Mix in cheese, put in pie shell, top with custard mix.

Bake at 350°F till golden brown.
