Ingredients
- • 2 teaspoons olive oil
- • 4 flatbreads
- • 4 oz. ranch dressing
- • 8 oz. deli turkey breast, shaved
- • 8 slices bacon, cooked
- • 4 slices pepper jack cheese
- • 1/2 lb. cucumbers, peeled, 1/4-inch slice
- • 4 slices tomatoes, 1/4-inch slice
Directions

Brush oil on darker side of flatbread. Place on griddle, oil side down. Spread 1 oz. ranch dressing on each flatbread.

Top each with 2 oz. turkey, 2 strips bacon, 1 slice cheese, 3 cucumber slices and 1 tomato slice.

Fold sandwich over corner to corner and serve hot off griddle.
