Ingredients

• • 4 slices bread
• • 4 slices natural cheddar cheese (option: process cheese slices)
• • Option: 2 hot dogs

Directions

1. Place bread on baking sheet. Arrange so that each slice of bread will receive equal heat from the broiler. Have the surface of the cheese 6-8 inches below the broiler element. Broil the tray of sandwiches until the cheese is just melted. Remove tray from heat.

2. **Optional: slice hot dogs length wise and cut in half. Arrange on top of the cheese and cook as directed above, or until hot dogs are cooked through.
