Ingredients
- • 1 quart water
- • 6 chicken bouillon cubes
- • Add 1 1/2 teaspoons minced onion
- • 5 large potatoes-peeled and cubed; until tender
- • 1 large carrot, grated
- • Add 1/2 qt. half and half
- • 1/4 cup plus 2 TBS flour
- • 1 cube butter

In large pan, on med-high heat on stovetop combine water, chicken bouillion, onion, potatoes, carrot, and half & half.

In a saucepan combine flour and butter. Add to soup.

Add in about 1 cup grated cheese at the end.
