Mexican Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4-6 chicken breasts, boiled and cubed
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can chicken rice soup
  • 1 small can chopped green chilies
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8oz) carton sour cream
  • Additional shredded cheese
  • Crushed tortilla chips

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Add the chicken.

  2. Place in casserole dish and top with additional shredded cheese and crushed tortilla chips.
  3. Bake at 350-400 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
