Cheese cake

Ingredients

  • Crust
  • 1 2/3 cups crushed graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Filling
  • 3 eight ounce cream cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • Topping
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 can cherry or blueberry filling

Directions

  1. Combine the crust ingredients and press into an 9 × 13 pan

  2. Blend cream cheese (softened at room temperature) with one egg at a time blending well after each

  3. Add the rest of the filling ingredients

  4. Pour over crust

  5. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes

  6. Cool for 30 minutes

  7. Cover with topping

  8. Increase oven temperature to 425

  9. Bake for an additional 15 minutes

  10. When cool, top with cherry or blueberry filling
