Ingredients
- Crust
- 1 2/3 cups crushed graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Filling
- 3 eight ounce cream cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Topping
- 1 pint sour cream
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 can cherry or blueberry filling
Directions

Combine the crust ingredients and press into an 9 × 13 pan

Blend cream cheese (softened at room temperature) with one egg at a time blending well after each

Add the rest of the filling ingredients

Pour over crust

Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes

Cool for 30 minutes

Cover with topping

Increase oven temperature to 425

Bake for an additional 15 minutes

When cool, top with cherry or blueberry filling
