Ingredients
- • 2 Tablespoons canola oil
- • 1 onion, chopped
- • 1 green pepper, chopped
- • 1 lb. ground beef
- • 2 cans diced tomatoes
- • 8 oz. tomato sauce
- • 1 cup ketchup
- • 1-2 Tablespoons chili powder
- • Salt and pepper, to taste
- • 2 cans kidney beans
Directions

Sauté onion and green pepper in oil on stove top.

Add and cook ground beef.

Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, ketchup, chili powder, and salt and pepper. Stir and simmer about 30 minutes. Add kidney beans; cook about 5-10 minutes more. Serve.
