Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Tablespoons curry powder
- 2-28 oz. cans tomatoes
- 4 cups chicken broth, vegetable broth, or water
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Salt
- 4 cups cooked pasta
Directions

Sauté onion in oil for 5 minutes. Add garlic and curry powder; sauté 5 more minutes. Add remaining ingredients except pasta and simmer 25 minutes. Puree if desired. Add pasta and enjoy!
