Baked Macaroni and Cheese

**For tomato macaroni-add 1 ½ cups cooked tomatoes after half the macaroni is added.

Ingredients
- 1-8 oz. pkg. Macaroni
- 3 Tablespoons butter
- 3 Tablespoons flour
- 2 cups milk
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 pound grated cheese
Directions

Cook macaroni in boiling, salted water, until tender. Drain and rinse.

Meanwhile on the stovetop, make white sauce of butter, flour, milk and seasonings, add ⅔ of cheese, and stir until melted.

Pour over macaroni in greased baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top. Bake at 325ºF for 30 minutes.
