Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- Montreal steak seasoning
- 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 small carton quartered mushrooms
- 1/2 -1 lb. bacon
- 4 slices Colby jack cheese
- 1/2 cup green onions
- 4 Tablespoons barbeque sauce
- HONEY MUSTARD SAUCE:
- 1 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4-1/2 cup honey
- 3 Tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder-optional
Directions

Mix all honey mustard sauce ingredients together until smooth.

Pound chicken until it is ½” thick. Brown in oil for about 4 minutes. Sauté mushrooms and bacon together.

Combine barbeque sauce, mushrooms, bacon and cheese; let simmer for 15 minutes.

Add honey mustard sauce to top of chicken with green onions before serving.
