Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon rosemary
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon parsley
Directions

Sprinkle chicken with salt, and cook in oil until brown. Add apple juice, lemon juice, rosemary, and pepper. Cook on low for 10 minutes.

Take out chicken and add cream until thickened. Stir in parsley, put chicken back into pan. Serve with sauce.
