Ingredients
- 4 chicken, boneless, skinless breasts (cut into serving size pieces)
- BATTER:
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 Tablespoons corn starch
- 1 Tablespoon oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- SAUCE:
- ⅓-1/2 cup pineapple juice (use juice form can)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ⅓ cup vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 Tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ginger

Mix all BATTER ingredients well, adding enough water to make consistency of a thin pancake batter. Dip chicken breast pieces in batter and deep fry until golden brown and chicken is cooked though the center.

Combine all SAUCE ingredients. Cook while stirring over medium heat until thickened and bubbly.

Pour sauce over the chicken and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve with rice.
