Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts
- 1 pkg. fettuccine noodles,
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cube butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley flakes
- 1 bottle of Alfredo sauce
- 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9X13 inch baking dish.

Boil the chicken breasts; drain, cool and chop.

Cook noodles as directed on package, drain.

Mix eggs, parmesan cheese, butter and parsley together in a in a large bowl. Add and stir in the cooled fettuccine noodles and the 2-3 cups of chicken Pour into prepared baking dish.

Add the Alfredo sauce, enough to cover top thoroughly. Sprinkle Monterey Jack cheese over top and bake uncovered till bubbly, about 30 minutes.
