Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1-2 Tablespoons minced onion, fresh or dried
- ~1/4 cup oatmeal
- 1 can tomato soup, divided in half

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Whisk egg. Mix egg together with hamburger. Combine the rest of the ingredients (using only ½ of the tomato soup) with the hamburger mixture. Put in baking dish. Pour other half of tomato soup on top.

Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes or until hamburger is cooked all the way through. (To cook in microwave: 8-10 minutes, until hamburger is cooked through.)
