Ingredients
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium green bell pepper cut into wedges
- 4-6 chicken breasts
- 1 small tomato cut into wedges
- about 8 flour tortillas
- optional: salsa, guacamole, sour cream, ranch

Cook onion and bell pepper over medium-high heat until tender. Remove from skillet.

In Same skillet, brown chicken. Stir in spices and seasonings and ¼ cup water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low. Cook uncovered 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Return vegetables to skillet; heat 2 minutes. Stir in tomatoes.

Place ¼-½ cup filling on each warmed tortilla. Fold and enjoy.
