Ingredients
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1 large green pepper
- 1 bunch of green onions (about 9)
- 1 can of black olives, sliced
- Garlic powder to taste
- Fat free zesty Italian dressing
- 1-4 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 60 round tortilla chips
Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Dice ingredients and add dressing to taste. Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil and place a single layer of chips across the bottom. Top each chip with cheese. Place 1 Tablespoon of the vegetable mixture on top of the cheese and bake until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
