- Bananas
- Cereal (Flakes)
- Yogurt (any flavor)

Crush cereal in plastic bag and place in a bowl. Spoon yogurt into a separate bowl. Peel banana and cut into bite size slices.

Stab banana with a fork and coat banana in yogurt. Dip the yogurt covered banana in the crushed cereal. Place finished product on plate and put in freezer for at least 30 minutes.
