Ingredients
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 4 oz. Cinnamon
- 4 oz. Sugar
- 1/2 cup cornflakes, crushed
- Whipped topping
- Chocolate syrup
Directions

Mix cinnamon and sugar and roll one scoop of hard, frozen ice cream in mix. Roll the ice cream in crushed cornflakes. Immediately place in freezer to harden.

To deep fry, heat oil to 375ºF and immerse the coated ice cream about 5-10 seconds. Allow oil to drain from ice cream, and then place in serving dish.

Add you favorite toppings. Serve immediately.
