Ingredients
- 2 cups vanilla wafers, crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 egg yolks, beaten
- 1 pkg. chocolate chips (6 oz.)
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 egg whites, beaten
Directions

Combine crumbs and nuts. Line the bottom of a 9” square pan with half or crumb mixture.

Thoroughly cream butter, sugar, and egg yolks. Mix in chocolate and vanilla well. Fold in beaten egg whites.

Spread mixture over crumb lining in pan. Top with remaining crumb mixture. Chill in refrigerator overnight. Cut in squares and serve with whipped cream.
