Caramel Corn

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups corn in popcorn popper.
  • 1 square butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup karo syrup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/8 teaspoon cream of tarter

Directions

  1. Cook to a softball stage at 245ºF.
