Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups Sugar
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 5 Tablespoons cocoa
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cube butter
Directions

Combine sugar and cocoa and stir over low heat. Do not let sugar melt, just heat until hot to touch. Add butter and blend until melted. Add milk, stirring constantly. Increase heat and boil rapidly 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour into a glass jar that has been warmed with warm water and cover to cool. If not smooth, mix a little with egg beater.
