Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can peaches (large or qt bottle)
Directions

Melt butter in one layer cake pan while preheating oven to 400ºF.

Mix sugar, flour, baking powder, and milk. Pour over melted butter. DO NOT STIR! Pour peaches and juice over mixture.

Bake 30 minutes. Serve with ice cream, whipped topping, etc.
