Ingredients
- 2 cups Water
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3 Tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 oz. peach jell-o powder
- 1-1/2 pkg. graham crackers
- 6 teaspoons powdered sugar
- 1 cube margarine
- 16 oz. Cool Whip
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz. cream cheese
Directions

Boil water, sugar, and cornstarch. Add peach jell-o powder. Let cool.

CRUST: Half crackers on bottom.

FILLING: whip together cool whip, powdered sugar and cream cheese.

Add peaches to the cooled jell-o mixture.

Mix other ingredients together; pour on top. Sprinkle crumbs on top. Refrigerate.
