Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs, rolled fine
- 3 Tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pint sour cream
- 3 Tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix graham cracker crumbs, butter, and cinnamon. Press firmly into bottom and sides of a 9- or 10- inch spring form pan.

Whip cream cheese; gradually add sugar; then add eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla. Pour filling into crust. Bake 40 minutes.

Whip sour cream; add sugar and vanilla. Spread on top of cheesecake and return to oven. Bake for 10 minutes more. Cool before removing sides from pan. Refrigerate till ready to serve.
