Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups dairy sour cream
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup sugar
Directions

Melt margarine in a 9 inch glass pie plate in microwave oven. Add crumbs and mix thoroughly before pressing the crumbs to conform the plate. Heat 2 minutes in microwave.

Mix remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl until smooth. Pour into crust and microwave for about 10 minutes, or until the filling sets. (Rotate dish a ¼ turn every 2 minutes, if your microwave doesn’t rotate food.) Chill thoroughly before serving.
