KEY LIME PIE

Ingredients

  • 1 box (0.3 oz) Lime Flavor Gelatin
  • 1/4 cup Boiling Water
  • 2 containers (6 to 8 oz each) Key Lime Flavor Yogurt (Yoplait)
  • 8 oz container Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust

Directions

  1. In large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.

  2. With wire whisk, stir in yogurt.

  3. Fold in Cool Whip.

  4. Transfer mixture to graham cracker crust.

  5. Refrigerate overnight or at least 2 hours.

  6. Note: Mix by hand — DO NOT use electric mixer.

  7. This recipe can also be made as a low fat, low sugar recipe.

  8. Substitute Sugar Free Lime Flavor Gelatin

  9. Fat Free Key Lime Flavor Yogurt

  10. Fat Free Cool Whip

  11. Reduced-Fat Craham Cracker Pie Crust
