Crock Pot Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients

  • 12 oz baby carrots
  • 2 stalks celery, cut large
  • 1 packet chicken gravy
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 1/4 lbs chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp dry onion
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme
  • 1/2 cup half and half

Directions

  1. Layer in vegetables in to crock pot (except peas)

  2. Lay chicken on top. Top chicken with gravy and bay leaf and dry onion

  3. Cook on low 8-10 hours, High 4-5 hours

  4. 30 minutes before ready to eat, add peas, thyme and half and half

  5. Top with biscuits to get the “crust”
