Pork Paprikash

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean boneless pork
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp beef bouillon
  • 15 ounces tomato sauce
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 tbsp flour

Directions

  1. Cook pork in oil until brown, drain

  2. Add water, paprika, bouillon. Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Simmer covered 20 minutes.

  3. Stir in tomato sauce, return to boiling. Reduce heat, simmer covered 15 minutes more.

  4. Combine sour cream and flour in bowl. Add mixture to skillet. Cook and stir 1 more minute.

  5. Serve over noodles.
