Chow Mein Hotdish

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can cream of chicken
  • 1 can cream of celery
  • 1 can milk
  • soy sauce to taste

Directions

  1. Brown beef.

  2. Stir in soups, milk and soy sauce.

  3. Simmer on stove for 20 minutes.

  4. Let sit 5 minutes to thicken.

  5. Serve over rice and chow mein noodles.
