Gluten Free Egg Bake

Ingredients

  • 9 eggs
  • 1 lb Jimmy Dean sausage
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp sage

Directions

  1. Brown and drain meat.

  2. Place eggs, sour cream and seasonings in a blender. Puree.

  3. Spray pan and cover bottom with meat.

  4. Pour egg mixture over the top and top with cheese.

  5. Cover with saran wrap and refrigerate overnight.

  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
