Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup oats
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2/3 cup butter
- 2 cans pumpkin
- 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp salt
- Thawed whip cream
Directions

Combine flour and oats and brown sugar. Chop pecans. Add to mixture. Melt butter, add to mixture. Mix well. Press into pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Lightly beat eggs. Add pumpkin, milk, spices and whisk to smooth. Pour over crust. Bake 30-35 minutes. Cool.
