Ingredients
- 1 Box Zwieback
- 1 stick of butter
- 3 1/2 packages softened cream cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Preheat oven to 300

Combine Zwieback with melted butter and press into 9 × 13 pan

Prepare filling, adding one egg at a time.

Mix until just combined

Pour over the crust

Bake for 35 minutes or until center is set

Make the topping and spoon over filling.

Return to oven and bake for an additional

5 minutes.

Cool and refrigerate
