Ingredients
- 6 chicken breast halves
- 1 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sherry wine
- 6 slices, thinly sliced ham
- Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- Frozen puff pastry sheets
Directions

Preheat oven to 400

Combine chicken broth and sherry wine in a frying pan

Add chicken breasts and poach until thoroughly cooked

Wrap each chicken breast in a slice of ham and top with mustard and rosemary

Wrap with cheese slices

On a floured board, cut out circles of puff pastry ( big enough to completely seal each breast)

Wet the edge with water, crimp and seal

Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
