Ingredients
- One 9" pre-baked pie shell
- 6 ounces grated Swiss cheese
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- 1 Tablespoon ground chicken boullion
- 2 cups cubed chicken
- 1 cup milk
- 3 eggs, beaten
- green onion
- 2 tablespoons green pepper
- 2 tablespoons pimento
- Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425

Toss cheese, flour and boullion

Add the rest of the ingredients

Mix well.

Pour into pie crust

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese

Place foil around the edges of the pie crust, so as not to burn

Bake for 30-45 minutes
