Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Sherry
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 1/2 pound broccoli, cut up
- one small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Directions

Combine soy sauce, sherry, garlic, cornstarch and 1/4 water and set aside

In large skillet, on high heat ,add chicken, stirring until done.(about 2 minutes)

Add vegetables and mixture.

Cook and stir until slightly thickened
