Chile dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 15 oz chile with beans
  • 12 ounces Montery Jack cheese, shredded
  • 4 ounces cheddar, shredded
  • 1/2 cup black olives, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch green onion
  • Nachos

Directions

  1. Spread cream cheese in a pie plate

  2. Top with chile, cheese, olives and onions

  3. Bake for 30 minutes at 350

  4. Can be made ahead and refrigerated

  5. Serve with nacho chips
