Chocolate Chip Sour Cream Pound Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 cups unsifted flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup softened butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325
  2. In mixer, beat sugar and butter until fluffy

  3. Combine flour and baking powder

  4. Beat in eggs one at a time, until smooth

  5. Add vanilla

  6. Fold in sour cream, alternating with flour mixture

  7. Fold in chocolate chips

  8. Pour into well-greased and floured pan

  9. Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes

  10. When cool, remove from pan and dust with powdered sugar
