Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 250 grams lady fingers or vanilla wafers
- 250 grams cups whipping cream
- 250 grams melted chocolate
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- milk
- brandy
Directions

Beat whipping cream and refrigerate

Place milk and brandy into a bowl and dip each cookie into the mixture

Place on the bottom and around the sides of a spring form pan

Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff and set aside

In another bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar

Melt the chocolate and fold into the yolk mixture

Mix well, then fold in the egg whites and the whipped cream

Pour into the pan

Refrigerate until set
