Ingredients
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 packages instant dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 1/2 ounces vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 6 cups flour
- 1 cup melted butter
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 4 teaspoons cinnamon
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
Directions

In a bowl, combine water, yeast and sugar until dissolved.

In large bowl, prepare pudding according to directions.

Add butter, eggs and salt and mix well

Add yeast and blend well

Gradually add the flour and knead until smooth.

Place in a greased bowl and cover

Punch down and let rise again

Roll out on a floured surface (34 × 21)

Brush with the melted butter

Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top.

Roll up tightly and notch every 2"

Cut with a sharp knife or thread

Place on lightly greased cookie sheet 1 inches apart

Lightly press down each roll

Cover and let rise until double in size

Bake at 350 (preheated) for about 15 -20 minutes (do not over bake)

Prepare icing by mixing the remaining ingredients

Frost warm rolls with cream frosting
