Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Gruyere cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 pound sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 pound sea scallops
Directions

Toss breadcrumbs with 1 tablespoon melted butter and set aside

Stir together next 4 ingredients and set aside

In medium skillet, over medium heat cook scallops until opaque

Remove and drain well

Cook mushrooms in and onion in 2 tablespoon butter for 3 minutes

Add to cheese mixture along with scallops

Sprinkle with remaining bread crumbs

Place in broiler for 2-4 minutes or until brown
