Ingredients
- 4 oz corned beef
- 3 Tb sauerkraut
- Swiss cheese
- Thousand Island or Russian dressing
- rye, pumpernickel, or marble bread

Spread butter on the insides of the bread and grill. Fry sauerkraut and corned beef separately. Layer, with Swiss cheese between layers; let cheese melt. Top with dressing.
