Strawberry Swirl Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 6 Graham Crackers (crushed, about 1 Cup crumbs)
- 3 tbsp. Sugar
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 5 pkg (8oz each) Cream Cheese (Softened)
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 3 tbsp Flour
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 C Sour Cream
- 4 eggs
- 1/3 C Seedless strawberry jam (or raspberry)
Directions

Preheat oven to 325degrees. Line 13×9 inch baking pan with foil (extend foil over ends of pan to create a handle).

Mix cracker crums, 3 tbsp sugar, and butter; press firmly onto bottom of pan.

Bake 10 minutes.

Beat cream cheese, 1 C Sugar, flour, and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer.

Add sour cream, mix well.

Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low after each egg.

Pour over crust.

Microwave jam in microwavable bowl for 30 seconds.

Gently drop small spoonfuls of jam over batter; cut through batter several times for swirl effect.

Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set.

Cool completely.

Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.

Lift cheesecake from pan using foil handles.

Store leftover in refrigerator.
